The hair is beautiful and great quality, but I had to dye them 3 times before the color took. I really with you offered more red shades, both shades you currently offer are very unnatural.”

Product looked completely different than what was pictured online. After spending hours on hold and emailing customer service back and forth for five days, I was finally given the go ahead to return the item. I paid to have the product overnighted back so that my replacement could be shipped, only to be told after the fact that they couldn't process my return fast enough to reship in time for my wedding. I ended up getting a refund a week later, but between express shipping on my initial order, and the overnight return shipping im still out nearly $100, and wound up with nothing for my wedding! Worst experience possible, and you've lost not only myself as a customer but the dozens of clients I've referred over the years!”
