“Honestly this was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Which was disappointing because all of the other products I received have been 100% happy for me. But this is by far the worst ponytail ever! You can see where they sewed the hair in and you can totally tell its fake it does not sit nicely on your head. It always is tangling and it feels fake. I would not recommend it, instead I would purchase their clip in extensions and learn how to make a ponytail that way. It's harder but worth the money!! xoxo”
“The ponytail was super long which made me excited but you can tell it isn't human hair, it knots super fast which is disappointing always brushing it out and it is never smooth. Honestly you can see the part at the top sticking out... These ponytails are poorly made compared to the beauty supply shop. I would not recommend them. I only purchased it because I absolutely love the lily clip in extensions! and every other product they offer but the ponytail is not worth the trouble everyone can tell its fake by the way it falls and it feels awful :(”
