“The swatch did NOT match the hair inside the packaging. But once you open you are stuck with the hair. Then, the hair had SO much red in it, we could not get it to match correctly. I would prefer to have burnt $200 instead of buying these extensions. Very disappointing color descriptions. Yes, I watched their videos MANY times and followed every step they advise. Their Chocolate Brown should be renamed Copper Brown. Its nearly Ariel the Mermaid hair...”
“The ponytail does not stay put, it falls all and i have not been able to use it! I ordered a clipped pony tail and received one that has sort of a mini comb to attach to the hair - it provides no support.
Waste of money.”
“When I purchased my extensions the ponytail was supposed to be free but I was charged for it anyway. It looks like it's good quality, just not the right color. :) The extensions however are amazing! It takes some time to figure out how to put them on but once you do they're beautiful!”
