“About a month ago I received my boo gatti hair extensions and they were terrible for almost $400 dollars worth of hair the quality should be there the clips were falling off and the hair was thin because I had purchased the same hair extensions a year ago and they were amazing I guess not anymore I called to complain and they said they could not do nothing about it. I was really disappointed”
“The color of my synthetic pony was NOTHING like what I expected. I have tried numerous times to get a hold of someone in customer service - I have called dozens of times (can't get through to a person??? & I have emailed 3 times!! All I wanted was my money back ($60 !!!) since I can't use this.
I'm very disappointed in this company. This is supposed to be extremely highly rated hair and the customer service absolutely sucks. Which is a CLEAR indicator that this is all about money, and NOT customer satisfaction.
Don't waste your time or money.”
“I received my faux wrap ponytail from Bellami as a gift for ordering a set of extensions. Upon receiving the pony I was very impressed by the smoothness as well as the construction of the pony. I did find after wearing the pony that it tangles easily and the toothclip came loose after a few wears. Otherwise I'm very pleased with my pony, I wear it often. It does require extra care to keep it in the best condition. Keep in mind this is alot of hair, 160 g, so it can feel a bit heavy and needs to be well secured.”
“I got my hair extensions got 3 clip ins and another one small. 1- I was told by other customers the amount I got was wrong, 2. The color I got was brown-red not vibrant red like I ordered. I contacted through Instagram and email and I was told to send the package back which it’s really hard for me since I have two jobs. Really sad about this I spent almost $200.00 for 4 clips. So disappointed especially when I saved this money to buy from this company.”
