“I got the faux wrap ponytail for free with my order and it's really pretty, great color, BUT I can't figure out how to use it! I've tried several different times and even has someone else try and put it on for me and neither of them worked. It's a bit confusing. Maybe I can find some tutorials on how to put it on.”

“I would have given this 5 stars for the quality of the wrap ponytail, but the Vibrant Red coloring was very misleading and inconsistent! The piece that arrived was mahogany, with strong purple and pink undertones instead of the copper auburn shown on the site. I also ordered the Piccolina clip-in extensions in Vibrant Red, but the shade on those is absolutely perfect and exactly as advertised. Very disappointed that I can't return the ponytail due to inconsistent coloring through the product lines.”
