“I received the hair, with the box. Box was bent and looked used. It had scrapes on one side and the other was bent because of the way they shipped it (in a bag, not a box). I am super excited to see the hair but it is missing a piece, I took a picture and sent it in to ask what piece was missing, no response.(NOT JUST THE PONY TAIL PEICE WAS MISSING) I also didn't receive a free ponytail. I have repeatedly sent messages. One message said to send the shipping label, which would have been easy enough to do if it wasn't weeks after I had received the hair and has already got rid of the shipping label, because who keeps the label? I did have all the bags that the hair came in. Proved that with several pictures of everything I did receive. The bag that came with it that you hang your hair in was torn.
I seriously believe I got a used set of merchandise. The customer service so far hasn't been very forth coming.
I am upset and disappointed. The hair isn't cheap and to receive such a botched set is even more upsetting.
The two stars is because the hair was nice and soft. I haven't had a chance to wear it yet just because I was waiting to hear back from this company and see if they can assist with the overall issues. Remember, a piece of the set is missing and that doesn't include the ponytail.
Then an email came in pretty much calling me a liar about not receiving the pony tail or the missing hair piece. I was shocked!!!
This is the recent email I received from them:

As advised we can certainly send you out a replacement box but I can not guarantee there may or may not be scuffs due to the way the boxes are stored as well we may offer a replacement hanger and carrier in black. Correct we do have all your information regarding the purchase and what was shipped yet all orders are manually packaged for shipment. All orders will have to be signed on the label before shipment pick up by the person that packaged your order to ensure all items were present, we do not have this information. From the weight of the package all items were present before pickup and after pickup within Fedex scans as the parcel did weight out to be 4LBS.

WORD OF ADVICE, SAVE THE LABEL, TAKE A PICTURE OF THE LABEL, THE BOX, THE BAGS OF HAIR, THE HAIR, THE PACKAGING, IF ANYTHING IS MISSING DO NOT OPEN UP ANYTHING, SEND IT BACK IF ANY COMPLAINTS BECAUSE THEY AREN'T GOING TO FIX ANY MISSING HAIR ISSUE.
FYI: I OWN A BUSINESS. EVERY BOX I SEND OUT IS USUALLY THE SAME WEIGHT, SO I JUST PRINT THE SAME WEIGHT FOR THE PACKAGE EVERY TIME. SO WHEN THEY TRY AND TELL YOU THAT EVERYTHING IS THERE BECAUSE OF THE SHIPPING LABEL. PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THEM, ITS A SHAM.”
