“I love the Bellami clip-in extensions, being that they are natural human hair. These ponytails, however, are SYNTHETIC! Yes, its my own fault for not reading the description thoroughly, and I was wondering why they were so cheap? Now I know! I always end up dying my clip-ins to get the perfect match to my own hair, but you obviously cant with these! And you cant even exchange them, they are final sale! They are way too shinny and silky, and tangle like crazy. I really tried to make them work, and I tried to convince myself that it looked fine. But honestly, I would just feel like a fool stepping out the door with this on my head. You get what you pay for, I know. But I would rather drop a lot of money on a natural human hair ponytail than $50 on this... Even had I known it was synthetic hair from the beginning, I would likely still be equally as disappointed. I considered reselling it, but I can't imagine anyone wanting to buy it... Its in the trash now :(”
“Sheds so much hair. Unnatural looking and the colour is not at all as pictured. The colour is a medium brown and not chocolate brown at all. The next darkest shade is an awful reddish auburn brown and not a true dark brown. Very regrettable purchase and wish I could get my money back!”
