I tried to contact Bellami and they kept sending me automated replies, zero customer service. Unhappy with the entire process overall.”
“I bought the balayage #2 chocolate brown #6 chestnut. The color isn’t chestnut at all it’s more of a really ashy light brown, didn’t match my hair whatsoever. I had to return it. The hair is the softest I’ve seen though and super thick. 3 stars because of the colors being way off on the website and I’ve returned the hair 10 days ago and have yet to get my refund.”
