“I bought the balayage #2 chocolate brown #6 chestnut. The color isn’t chestnut at all it’s more of a really ashy light brown, didn’t match my hair whatsoever. I had to return it. The hair is the softest I’ve seen though and super thick. 3 stars because of the colors being way off on the website and I’ve returned the hair 10 days ago and have yet to get my refund.”
“I’ve had you’re extensions 3 times Pryor and this time is by far the worst . The hair will not secure even when I tease my actual hair . Hair is falling out without me even brushing it . I paid a lot for this hair and I’m not satisfied. All other times I have bought from this company it met my satisfaction.”

“I was excited for my hair to arrive but once it did I was disappointed. I purchase the balayage and I regret it I was better off purchasing the ombré. Not only that but there was only like 4 pieces and the blond was mainly at the bottom make it difficult for my hair to blend and my hair is thin and usually easy to blend it wasn’t worth it I’m looking into the return policy hopefully I’ll still be able to return it. The quality of the hair was okay.”
