“The first product that I ordered from Bellami was a perfect color match, beautiful! This product had more limited color options and unfortunately mine was not included. So very fearful of ordering the wrong color, I patiently waited until my vacation in Vancouver to visit the Bellami store in person and get advice. I visited the store twice and the employees were helpful and appeared so knowledgeable. I followed their advice to the letter regarding product ordering. I can't describe my disappointment when my ponytail arrived. I was told the color may be very slightly off by one shade and may need " a wash with purple shampoo". It is canary yellow against my platinum hair and completely unwearable. I am beyond disappointed.”
