“I bought the dirty blond / platinum blond Sombre and it was beautiful and the color was better than expected. It came in the new box packing. I liked it so much that I wanted it again but this time the salon ordered it. It came in the old packaging ( long plastic) and the color was much more yellow and not even close to the one I ordered before. The labeling was the same but the color was very different. I color needs to be consistent. I have now again the yellow blond on my head ( similar to the Sunkissed blond) that I was happy to not have with the sombre. Please make the colors more consistent and make more blonds that dont have the yellow/ orange undertone.”
