“I was so excited to wear these. I was waiting for my hand-tied appointment for months. After spending $850 on two packs of hair from Bellami, I was so excited to have long hair. The hair feels super soft & silky when you take it out of the package. After installation everything went horrible. I don't think this is 100% human hair. My first complaint is that there are several black hairs showing through the blonde and they are textured. I spent about $150 on supplies to care for this hair- silk bonnets, brushes, olaplex, oils, sulfate free prpducys, silk scrunchies. I have had this hair installed for 4 days and it has been washed twice. After only 4 days the hair is completely frayed and dry at the ends. Not at all the silky, soft hair that was promised. I am basically considering this an $850 mistake. I wish I never bought this hair. I should have just bought cheap hair to wear for a few days because at this rate, the $850 Bellami hair won't last me 3 weeks.”
“My rep still has not contacted me , he answered me once then never answered again , I got certified in this in July for $500 and then paid $314 for this color of Extention and the color of this Extention is super warm and had red tint and not reAlly what I would call a dirty blonde , couldn’t really tell that until I took it out of package and now is unreturnBle , feels like I have wasted lots of money and no one has helped me ! This is the color of the swotch and then this is what I received ! Would probly not go with this company again”
