“I have been a loyal Bellami customer for several years and recently purchased a new set of extensions. Unfortunately, after washing them once, the hair quality has been extremely poor. I have had the extensions installed for less than two weeks, and they are already very dry and shedding excessively.
I was offered only a gift card as a resolution. I explained to customer service that removing the current extensions and reinstalling new hair would result in an additional $350 installation fee. Since I already paid $350 for the original install, this would leave me $700 out of pocket for installation costs alone, due to no fault of my hairstylist. The issue is clearly with the hair itself.
Additionally, the hair was never dyed and was a perfect color match at installation, so I do not understand how the quality could deteriorate so significantly within such a short period of time.
I am requesting a resolution that fairly reflects the circumstances, as the product is not performing to the standard I have experienced from Bellami in the past.”
“I received 16” volume weft instead of 20” which is what I paid for. It worked out because 16” were longer than I anticipated but even with keeping the 16” it was kind of hassle to get in contact with someone and get the price difference refunded.”
“I love sending photos over email to help with a color match and Bellami picking the perfect blend! We used the WBR method to put this weft in those before and afters say it all!”
“I purchased the 16" a year ago and wore one half for 6 months and and the other for the last 6 months (micro ring beaded sew-in). I could have definitely continued to wear them, but wanted a little more length. I got them installed last night and I LOVE them. As I have worn tape ins and different brands of wefts, I can honestly say Bellami is worth the extra money!”

They are absolutely gorgeous in person and my hair stylist whom specializes in hair extensions said it is some of the most beautiful hair she has EVER seen. It is definitely a soft ombre so if your looking for a big pop of color you may have to lighten the ends or add clip-ins. Otherwise this hair is absolutely PERFECT and I cannot wait for the finished look in a few weeks!”
