“Mixed feelings about the weft extensions. I have always made keratin extensions and i have always had long bob length hair. So going back to the day i ordered the bellami volumizing hair extensions, i paid double the tax, i paid tax with bellami and tax in my country however bellami refunded me their part of the tax i paid extra. Extensions arrive and because my hair is darker then ash brown i took them still packaged to my hairdresser to darken the roots. He sent me the photo i uploaded. Patchy unprofessionally dyed colour. Bellami refunded me around 80usd ( i don't remember the exact refund) costed me 160€ to fix however, and not fix completely. The colour is still somewhat patchy but manage to hide the patchiness as you can see in the other photo.
Installation - hairdresser made 3 weft pieces and for the crown cut pieces of weft and glued them as keratin extensions for a better blend.
I have thick hair and maybe that's because the extensions do not blend as much as the boogatti hair extensions, i don't know. In total with hair dresser appointments and installation and everything I came to pay 1,000€ which for me is a lot. And to be honest I'm not in love with them.
The plus points :
They do not get tangled a lot when wet
Feel very soft before the first wash
Blonde colour is nice
Do not shed excessively
Cons:
Get tangled quite easily when dry
Have split ends allready - (1 mnth of wearing, wash 1 a week, hot towel treatment every week, blowdrying every week)
Hair doesn't look very full (normal) I can't wear my hair straight I will have an ugly line of where my hair ends and the extensions start.
End thoughts, I do not think these are worth the price point at all.. Boo gatti clip in extensions I adore, hair feels much softer and Ive had those for four years - those I would by again.”
