“I’ve been wearing bellami for years now and also use it on clients everyday in the salon. This is the first time the quality of the hair has been massively disappointing. After one wash the hair is frizzy, tangled and unmanageable. Not the bellami I’m used to at all! Would love to send this back and get a new package of hair and hope for better luck, especially since the price has increased!”
