“Love the hair quality however the Off Black is more of a level 3. It’s a lot lighter then in looks in the video/pictures. Next time I will order the Jet Black.”
“I was looking for darkest brown, just one shade off from black, so I ordered the off black color. It has more highlights in it and is not at all a flat color, which is disappointing . Didn’t match my color and couldn’t use them. Will have to pay more to have them matched to my hair before I can use them.”
