“Purchased these in February to save them for my birthday. The black color was sold out for weeks so I ordered the keratin tip in dark brown. When they arrive they were too light. So now I am ready to put them on for my birthday last week and when I took them to my licensed cosmetologist she tried coloring them darker to match my current hair color and the color did not take. My cosmetologist said that these are not real human hair. Synthetic hair does not color and that is what happened with these. I spent almost $800 in keratin tip extensions and not able to use them. What a waste and will not buy again!”
“This was my second order of the same keratin tip hair for a total of 5 bundles. My cosmetologist tried making them darker to match my hair and the color did not take. Had this been real remy hair the color would have taken without a problem. This is not the first time that she’s colored my hair extensions. What a waste of $600. I am very disappointed.”
