“Once again the quality of the hair was nothing short of phenomenal! Always silky soft and top quality! However, for the second time now, the shade shown was off from what I received. What I had was almost platinum blonde. I was able to tone them to match which was a plus though! Better to go darker than lighter! Maybe soon I should order the key ring for a better idea of shades. Overall, still impressed with how beautiful they look and feel.”
