“These itips I purchased the last batch was bad there was a lot of hair coming off at one time I’ve bought other batches I never had a problem trying to get this resolved was a nightmare and still didn’t ever get resolved when trying to leave a review it started adding more stars then I had put I had to wait to leave this. You contact customer service and there is no help no customer service. Pay a ton of money and it’s definitely not worth the price if that much fall out happens just 3 washes from
