“Very disappointed! When I called to order my hair I made sure to ask if the issue had been resolved and the girl assured me it had however when I received my order there was a letter and new tapes! My stylist had to re-tape all the hair! There should not be this issue and if there is a problem with the adhesive then the company should re tape it and send it the correct way. Not acceptable”
