I never had such a bad experience with any of my other orders and sadly I believe I got a bad batch of hair that is constantly shedding and tangling when I brush it, now I have to brush it 20x more a day I’m very disappointed and I want to continue to be a loyal customer but not with how my hair quality is with this batch.”
