“I ordered three different shades of blonde. All were labeled correctly and all were the exact same shade which wasn’t even the shade I ordered. They were all what I would call butter blonde(bc I’ve ordered it in the past). I installed four packs of tape ins and my client was unhappy with the color match so I had to spend an additional amount of money on 4 bottles of toner.THEN the toner slid right off of the extensions so after a 2day (7hour install) she called me the next morning crying saying she wanted them all removed. I have NEVER had this happen before. It was the worst experience and it could’ve been avoided if I had received the true colors I ordered. I also had to pay an additional $31 for the last pack of hair because of the tariff charge being pushed on to me as a small business instead of this huge corporation. After years of ordering Bellami.. I am super disappointed and no longer trust this company.”
