“The hair quality itself is great, my problems lie with application and removal... upon application the keratin tips turn white and a white stringy fiber is left hanging from the extension. While the fiber is easily removed with brushing, the bond itself turning a whiteish color isn’t acceptable for my clients with darker hair, it’s easily spotted through the natural hair. As for issues with removal, I’ve used gel acetone removers with other fusion brands (i.e. Greatlengths & Hairdreams) the bonds are soaked in solution and easily pliable and able to be removed. However, the Bellami remover is alcohol based and a spray, it seems to make keratin bonds harder making removals exhausting and time consuming for me & my clients. After reaching out to several reps and Bellami platform educators, I have received no answers to these problems. I’m going to switch brands, which I hate to do because as I stated the hair itself is excellent quality, it’s just the application process and removals that are a problem.”
