“I recently purchased and these extensions installed and I am not happy with the product. The hair is in really bad condition, almost all the ends are split and are constantly breaking off, not to mention it feels like straw. I have not used heat on it and have been very good about conditioning it and taking good care of it. Disappointed to say the least”
