“I originally bought 16” body wave weft. I had the weft installed, washed my hair once, was excited of the thought that I’m going to get this natural wave, without putting in any effort. That did not happen. The hair was dead straight. I sent an email complaining and they sent me these instructions to follow to get the body wave. I removed the extensions before I had another chance to wash them to follow these “instructions”. I wanted my hair to be thicker so I ordered another 16” body wave weft, thinking if I follow the given “instructions”, I will get a body wave. I wore my clip ins until I was ready to install the body wave extensions. I had them installed yesterday, and I washed my hair today to see if I follow the “instructions” that I will get this natural wave. It didn’t happened. These extensions are no different than the regular straight extensions on their site.”
“I am a loyal customer at Bellami. I wear the sew-in volume wefts and have had them for two years. However, the natural wave wefts are not the same quality as the straight. The hair is course, gets tangled easy, and feels like there is a lot less of it. I wish they were exchangeable/refundable. I love Bellami but these were a disappointment.”

Unfortunately, when my hair dresser put them in, they looked so much less dense. They are course, staticky, and tangle easily. I’ve had them in for a month and chunks are already coming loose. I would do anything if I were able to trade these in for the straight ones. Very disappointed and a waste of money.”
