I honestly could easily get more time from them but the color has gotten a little brassy over time and I’m wanting bright and fresh again! We also trimmed them up a couple inches a couple months back to freshen it a bit and I already miss the longer length. So incredibly happy with my experience!!”
“I purchased this hair as a professional and had it installed within the first month I noticed the hair getting brittle and broken on the ends… I only wash my hair and extensions ONCE a week using extension friendly shampoo, conditioner and products. I also only blowdry them and curl them maybe once, max twice a week since they hold a style pretty well. For hand tied hair that is supposed to last up to 6-12 months this is the worst quality hair I have ever purchased (completely overpriced.) It does not live up to its expectations and two months in my extensions are completely frayed and have about half or even less than half of the hair it had when they were first installed. They look like Overprocessed damaged hair. I thought it was something I was doing so I went into the store to have them looked at and was told it was what I was doing at home… which is crazy because I follow the care instructions exactly to what they say. Not only did I experience this but also had a client tell me the exact same thing. Do not buy this hair if you want it to last more than two-three months complete waste of money and their customer service is terrible and extremely unknowledgeable about hair extensions.
