“This is the worst hair I’ve ever purchased. It’s insane how much the quality of the hair has declined, especially with the price increase. I purchased this hair and a few packs of tapes. The hair started shedding profusely. They replaced the weft but then the tapes didn’t match. You’d think the lot would be a closer color or they would take that into consideration when sending out the new hair as this hair is not cheap! The new weft they sent shed like crazy as well and I was left with mismatched hair. This is not only inconvenient for me to deal with vacuuming up all that shedding hair but also a huge inconvenience having to find a available appointment back with my stylist to have a service redone due to this type of mistake. Time is everything. Especially considering how long these appointments are. The fact that it happened twice is beyond frustrating. I do not recommend this brand anymore.”
