“I will say the delivery and ease of ordering is exceptional. What isn't exceptional is how quickly the hair looses its original color.
I use excellent products on the hair and care for it very well. However, the 'low lighted streaks" and the 'rooted" area turn bright orange within 2 months. The silkiness and quality of the hair is sustainable.
Having the color of the hair turn so quickly is disappointing.
I understand this color "Vanilla Latte" is a hybrid color, which I'm assuming means highlights and low lights are within the color to create it. It's just so obviously visible and pronounced, when the areas start turning the horrible bright orange.
