“They did not match the color swatch at all! The swatch showed a beautiful chocolate color, but the hair I got in was a golden/greenish muggy brown. Not pretty at all. I had to color them and also the clients hair to get them to blend. I ended up losing money. I reached out to Sarah Watson and she was no help. She stopped responding to my messages even after I let her know getting replacement hair was urgent. Very unprofessional. It worries me to order from here because it’s happened at least 3 times now that the color of hair sent doesn’t match the swatch ring.”
