“I don’t want to sound rude or anything but I am going to give my honest opinion on this class. Class was a good experience. I learned a lot. but I feel like I didn’t learn enough to fly back and start taking extension clients. the manual we got was an old manual so following along on the screen was kind of confusing for me. I feel like we should have got an updated manual. I would like an updated manual. I flew out from North Carolina so I spent a lot of money on this trip & the class. Our teacher was really good explained it good but I was struggling on the natural beaded row part and I felt a lot of pressure and anxiety and she had said she couldn’t hover over everyone. I get we were on a time frame but I feel like if I flew out and paid all this money I should be able to get someone to hover over me. And I should feel comfortable asking a lot of questions..I was kind of intimidated( which could have been a me thing.) we were told that we could reach out to our sales rep for questions. I have messaged her on Instagram and email and haven’t got a response. I don’t wanna be annoying but I just feel like yall should offer more help and care a little more. I feel like haircuts and color matching could be explained a little more.. it wasn’t enough. But overall the experience was really good. Loved the salon. Class was good I just wish yall offered more one on one in the class And were more detailed with the teaching. I get everyone’s hair is different but I would like to know exactly how many packs of hair to get and not like 4-6 packs. I would like to know when to choose which method. (Just a little more detailed.. ) I get I have to practice and learn. But I work for myself and I just
Feel like I’m not ready to offer all extensions. And I just want more education.. I feel like with extensions , I want to know everything. should I try to get a different sales rep? Also we didn’t receive everything in our kit and I feel like we should have.. I have been a fan of bellami for over 10 years. It’s a dream to take yalls class but I just feel like the teacher didn’t care to really help but maybe I’m just a lot maybe it’s just a me thing. But I love to help others I struggled a lot in hair school and I felt like my teachers didn’t care to really help it was just a job to them. But I genuinely care for people and I will help even if someone is struggling and may ask a lot of questions.”
