“The placemat is cute but can't actually be used as placemat because it isn't possible to rotate while a plate is on it, so what's the point? Wasn't clear from the description how it worked. We bought 4 to use with our young granddaughter at the seder table — disappointing.”

Hi Tina, I am very sorry that you are disappointed by the product. It is pretty obvious that you cant rotate the place-mat while it is under the plate. It is, by the way, the same story with our place-mats for coloring. you should not try to color them while a plate is on them. It makes it that much more difficult. The idea is that the child rotates the mat while the plate is not on it, and can read and learn about the "Ma Nishtana". Sorry you did not realize that.
