“I don't know how to calculate the effect PH has had on my prostate issues. It doesn't seem to be consistent at this point. I'm thinking it has helped ease some issues like urgency and general flow issues. But seemingly without warning I'll have some overnight flow issues where the flow is at best dribbles and stops. Going back to bed, 30 min later strong urge to void gets me up again to have the flow increase and though slow, the bladder empties. I can't find any logic or common denominator for the cause. Then ensuing days there are no real problems but occasional restriction felt but an hour later, strong flow of large quantity. I'm confused but hopeful that as I near starting my last bottle, I may see some consistent improvement in prostate shrinkage and flow interruptions.”
