“I was using the predecessor Total Health when I switched to the Advanced product. I took 4 in the morning and 3 at lunch. After 2 weeks, I felt continual abdominal area pain and decided that my schedule stress was likely the cause but dropped back on the TH Advanced to half dose to test. Pain went away in 24 hrs so started back full dose. Pain returned so dropped back again and settled on 2 caps for breakfast, 2 for lunch and 1 for dinner. Doing fine there. That simple "test" doesn't prove anything but I am content to go with the lower dose coupled with a careful diet that primarily removes Prostate irritants. I am an active 70yrs old and have weighed 135lbs for the last 50 yrs. 4 stars only because the BPH symptom relief pills I used before Ben's cost about 20% as much.
