“I personally had a hard time sticking with the regimen. I am 72 and still working full time as a life insurance agent. That means many meals on the road, very little green tea, and a lot of evenings away from home. I think Ben's plan would work if I could have followed it more closely. So, I'd recommend others give it a try, with reservations.”
