“I have nearly completed my first bottle of vegicaps, and everything all good so far. It is still too early to do a PSA test, and i want to give it 3 veg cap's before i do a test. I am in it for the long haul, and i will keep on taking these capsules. There are no side effects whatsoever, and i really feel good taking them. My flow has always been okay, and it is even better because i am emptying even better. My PSA was 4.17, so i am on a journey to get it down, and even if i do that, i will be taking Bens vegicaps for life. What would you do if you get your PSA down below 3? Age 50 onwards, i feel we need to maintain our health, and our prostate isn't going to shrink.
