Total Health for the Prostate Reviews

Dear Ben Thank you for asking my opinion about your products. I started taking Total Health for the prostate a few month ago. My health issue has been an enlarged prostate (BPH). I have been taking prescription medicines ( Finasteride 5MG and Tamsulosin HCL 0.4 MG) for six months, but could not tolerate the side effects. My online research led me to your products and important information and because of it, I stopped taking the prescription medicines. As you know taking supplements by itself doesn't give you an immediate remedy for your problems. It's a long process. But, with the proper eating habit and life style adjustments things would work out just fine. I have already seen positive changes since I started taking Total Health supplement. The way I take the Total Health capsules may be different from others. But it is working for me. I empty the content of each capsule in half cupful of organic (light) green tea, stir until completely mixed and drink it. It tastes good, and no need for honey or sugar. This process is very easy and convenient, and most of all it helped me avoid consuming (6 x 30 ) = 180 capsules' plastic. I think drinking the mixed capsules' content has immediate positive effects, and also no possible compromise from consuming the capsules' plastic. As I said, it's working for me. Ben, again thank you very much for all what you do. Your sincere advises and important health information is very valuable. And Total Health supplement is here to stay. Thank You. Seyoum

Ben-- I do not have a video-worthy story yet. But I have enjoyed good progress and I want to tell you. I am relatively new with Total Health, now about a month. I began seeking prostate information after a July 1st annual exam found my PSA at 4.1 when it had been 1.7 not terribly long ago. I bought and started taking Total Health about 8-10 days before a urology appointment at which blood was also taken. In that test, my PSA was 2.7. Since then, on August 10, another PSA test found the level at 2.1. In your book, three points make a trend. So, I will continue my Total Health regimen. Also, I will introduce other dietary and lifestyle changes as I work through your "All about the Prostate." Then, perhaps there will be a video-worthy story in the future. Best regards, --Dan Johnson

My family doctor has been monitoring my blood pressure and getting annual blood test for many years including the PSA test. In Oct 2013 my PSA was 3.23, in April 2014 it was 3.44, in Oct 2014 it was 4.38. He suggested that we check it again in April 2015, but he retired at the end of March. His successor ordered a PSA test in April, it was 5.96. Her assistant called and said that I needed to see an Urologist. She was not able to offer any more information. I did not schedule an appointment, but started my research. I found you website and others. I sent you an email on 4/23 and received a reply suggested your book and supplements. I ordered Your Total Health supplement and have been taking it faithfully since. I also stopped using all milk products and beef. I eat chicken and seafood a few times a week. I do have a weakness for bacon and eggs on occasion. After a couple months I also added the Prostate Healer and Prostate Power supplements. I also switched to a new family doctor. I explained what I was doing and he suggested that we watch it and test the PSA again in late Aug 2015. I just got the results from him. My PSA was 4.2. Considering my age of 77, he felt that this was OK and agreed that we would continue to monitor it. So I am convinced that your program is working and will continue using all your supplements, watch my diet and continue to exercise. I also lost several pounds and feel good. I made your spread from Coconut oil and flaxseed oil for my toast. I love it. I also found a recipe for Summer Detox salad on Yummly. It is made with kale, chickpeas, onion, artichoke hearts, nuts, cherries and faro or quinoa. It tastes great and is very filling. So I do not crave meat or carbs. Thanks so much for your help.

Dear Ben I have been using your Total health for a couple of years and your Rejuvenate for about 8 months. I know for a fact it caused my PSA to drop from 9 to 2.1, plus I know for a fact the cancer that was detected is no longer there. I am aware you have said to not have biopsies, However I had one before I found you, and I allowed one after my PSA dropped from 9 to 2.1. The results of that biopsy which samples were taken from the spots that were tested when I was diagnosed. The results were negative for cancer cells. I work hard at changing my diet, it is slow but I am getting there. I use rice drink for milk substitute, no red meat, watch contents for additives (GMO's) etc, I also buy organic when I can afford it. My question is; I am taking Flowmax because my urine flow was what made me go to the urologist originally. Is there a way to get off of it? Recently I had to take a course of antibiotics for a Diverticulitis episode, and all my daily cycles got screwed up. I was losing control of my bladder and bowels at night, for the first time I was getting up at night at least once to urinate, if I could get out of bed before I lost control. The other symptom was I had to run to the toilet when I had an instant strong urge to urinate, and when I got there I also had a bowel movement at the same time. Now that I am back on my regular cycle of meds and the antibiotics have cleared out of my system, my nightly get ups have gone back to zero. I thank God daily for your natural supplements, and would buy your other offerings if I could afford them. I have not mentioned my ED, but I have not had an erection in over a couple of years probably caused by the myriad of other meds I take for my heart, my AFIB, and Myoclonic seizures. Thanks Ben appreciate your newsletters and your continued study of this problem, you have proved to me my Urologist has no working knowledge of natural healing. I know he can't wait to cut on me. That is something he will not get to do. Sincerely George T Cox

Dear Ben, I went for my annual check-up today and reading all the horror stories about prostate cancer and biopsies in your newsletter sometimes makes me worry, especially since there have been various cancer cases in my family. However, as it turned out, my PSA was 0.98 and has been lingering in that vicinity for several years now. And at this point I am quite sure that taking your TOTAL HEALTH for several years must definitely be the cause of this excellent news. The rectal prostate exam, although done a bit timidly ()my doctor is a younger lady!) Also turned out about the same as last year - that is no complications or anything suspicious, other than the usual enlarged prostate for a 74 year old geezer! Taking your Total health, along with various supplements, eating very healthy food (fruits and vegetables) and doing about 3-4 mile walks 4-5 times a week must all contribute to the excellent state of health I seem to be in. Cholesterol 152, the best it has ever been, blood pressure hovering around 113 over 67 and so forth. All in all I am grateful to the good Lord for keeping me in such great shape. And I am grateful to you for doing such extensive research and constantly spread the gospel about prostate health and improving the quality of "Total Health". At this point I confess that I have tried a few other prostate supplements from time to time, none of which seem to have the same positive effect as yours, even though they were listed in the top 10 for effectiveness. But then - who were the people who "rated" them? I did so because they were much less expensive than your product. But as the saying goes here: "You get what you pay for!" Yes, Total Health is expensive, but for the excellent news I received from my doctor today, it is commensurate with the success I achieved (perhaps also with the good grace of the Lord)! Thank you for doing what you are doing. Keep on doing it, and God bless you for doing it and for keeping you among us enlarged prostate sufferers! And yes, I have no objections to your sharing the above health report and comments with your other customers and loyal apostles (first name only please!). Best wishes and kind regards. I discovered Total Health and Ben Ong all about prostate when my psa was 6 & my doctor insisted on biopsy. I asked Ben Ong few questions and glad I did . I started on Total health, and also bought Rejuvenayte..I followed the guideline as possible as I could. I went back my next appointment after I had mri scan. The urologist said, the Mir scan revealed nothing, and the psa has come down....Ben Ong is doing a good work helping men understanding more about prostate and health.

I have had BPH for 10+ years with most of its associated side effects: slow hesitant urination, intermittent urgency, an elevated PSA at 5.3, prostatitis, multiple urinary tract infections, and an inability to empty my bladder. About two years ago I began the program outlined in All About The Prostate and using the Total Health and Prostate Healer supplements. I also started to use Ben's dietary recommendations. My diet has always been essentially within his guidelines with the exception of dairy products specifically butter and cheese. Eliminating these has been a challenge but eventually with perseverance I have been successful. I really miss them. All my symptoms have thankfully improved and my PSA presently hovers between 1.9 - 2.3. I admit to having times of discouragement as my progress has always seemed to be slower than for those who have written to Ben with their histories. The alternatives are not attractive to say the very least. I remain confident that the gradual improvement in my symptoms, and my feeling of well being, do confirm that I am on my way to putting this disease behind me.
