“I really don't know how to give an accurate assessment of Bens total health . I am almost 70 years of age and prior to taking it I did have some symptoms of weak urinary stream which has for the most part cleared up . I haven't been to a medical doctor for a checkup as all I get from them is a big bill and prescriptions for their poisonous medicines. I have been getting up once a night to feed my woodstove and to urinate for many years now. I have 2 friends my age who both had prostate issues and went the medical route . “I have used this product for about 5 months. I have been able to stop taking tamsulosin, however my bladder retention has been on the increase which is a concern of my Dr. While Total Health has helped, It may not be the final answer to my issues. I am at the critical level. Unless I am able to empty my bladder more, we may have to look at another procedure to resolve the issue. I was in hopes Total Health would be the answer. I have 4 more months to see before I go back to my Dr.”
