“I lost my 2014 edition of the book during a move, so I ordered the new 10th edition. The new book seems to contain a lot of updated information of great use to whatever prostate/urinary condition one might have. After reading the book, I would never go for a prostate biopsy based solely on a slightly raised PSA score coupled with mild BPH. I wonder, however, why the book says little about taking pygeum, which alleviated my BPH discomfort and reduced nighttime urination to one time in just 10 days before I added Ben's prostate healing program. And pygeum is very inexpensive.”
