“I’m trying to make the changes. So far it hasn’t been too difficult but I have only been trying for 3 days. I will let you know after 30 days and then after 60 and 90 days. I was diagnosed diabetic in May, routine blood work showed my A2c was 7.3. My doctor started me on Metformin . I had very strong headaches, nausea and broke out in a rash so they switched me to Jardiance , again more side effects. I am hopeful your lifestyle changes will work for me. It makes sense to me.”
