“This time, somebody from your end made a big mistske on delivery of this medicine. Fedex called me 5 days past to inform me about the packe. Today a delivery man from TNT came with $77.00 carge for his delivery. I refuse paying this amount and told him to return the package. I know, I paid $35 for delivery so why paying $77 ??
The first time I only paid %5 duty charges which is normal now. Please, either send the package like first time or return my money.”

“I have not received the shipment and have been out of the supplements for more than 6 days.Suggest that in future you send the shipment well in advance of the re-supply date.i am also questioning the mode of shipment -via USPS-that you have now used as in the past I never had any problems.
Additonally by using the USPS I am not able to track the shipment.It is now 11days since the shipment was reportedly dispatched.
