“It beats the heck out of turning yourself over to the mercy of the medical community to let them experiment on you. There is a time and situation to seek medical help, but not until you have tried some of there supplements!”
“It's been less than a month, so I really can't say for sure. I understand it's part of a change in diet and exercise as well. I am working on improving my diet, I've always eaten a lot of vegetables, and enjoy almost all food. (with the exception of canned Lima beans) I am slowly getting away from some of the other foods I enjoy. (e.g. Steak, Kielbasa, Sausage, Breads, Cheeses...) As far as Exercise I am always moving and doing things and in nice weather I went on walks! The snow in NY has slowed that down (although shoveling & snow blowing help), so I am trying to do more indoor exercise. My doctor has told me that I have a REALLY large prostate for a few years now (no cancer), but never gave suggestions on what to do about it, hence I got on-line and found out about you. I am due for a Physical in January, so far "I think" it's helping. I'll let you know. I'm 63 and hope to work until I'm at least 70. (I worked for to many places that are no longer in business (Agway, PCI, BCT...) and some that outsourced our department. Oh well if I can last til I'm 70, I HOPE I can afford to retire.”
