“Only been taking them a few weeks. No change at the moment. Still getting up every hour for the loo. I have a 3/4 Gleeson and 8 PSA. Maybe I need to go with some kind of treatment. Been studying a lot of info. Bit confused. Cut out sugar, and red meat, though I never ate much of that. More exercise and breathing which is good. Can't really rate you at the moment, but thanks for the help. May order some more when these are done.”
