“Nice design but quite thin. Be warned that the 120x180 rug arrives folded not rolled so has creases down and across the middle that haven’t come out one week on.I ordered three rugs in the same design but only received two - the third one was a completely random rug that I didn’t order! I then had to arrange to have the random rug collected by a courier service which only operate on weekdays so I had to leave work to be in for the collection. I was told by Customer Services that I would have to reorder the rug that didn’t arrive, incurring further delivery costs, and that I wouldn’t receive the refund for the rug that didn’t arrive until I had returned the random one!!!”
