“I saw this rug whilst on holiday at the place we were staying. I liked it so when I returned home I later placed an order. The ordering process was easy and the delivery time was excellent. I also purchased the underlay. I was surprised at how lightweight the rug was. I put it down using the non slip underlay which was quite creased and rippled with each corner turning up. I assumed that the rug would flatten with time. I had to weight down the corners for approximately 2 weeks. The ripples in the rug, although much better are still there and will not go away completely. Also, on the one edge, the binding has 'tufted' in 3 different places. This is not an expensive rug and did have a good discount but I do regret the purchase now. I feel that the return of it would be too expensive.”
