“I will give this company five stars due to the fact that I had an issue with this rug and the customer services were excellent. Especially Jose, who constantly kept in touch with me and rang me almost every other day. The rug itself was lovely and had no defects besides the fire guard chemical it contained. Sometimes you will get this once every now and then with an odd product that has been over dipped or sprayed with a fire retardant. I've had denim jeans before now that have had this chemical smell and had to send them back. ID LIKE TO ADD THAT I WOULD ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN with all things considered, as I've now come to realise, sometimes there will always be something that slips through the net, such as the rug I ordered! Seems it was a genuine mistake, which is why I have re-written this review. Jose was genuinely concerned about our dilemma and handled our situation with great care and all has been amended and resolved. I just wish I wasn't too quick to post on trustpilot before I actually spoke to them about it. Lesson learnt. Unfortunately there are that many bad businesses out there you start to consider them all the same, and I would like to apologise about that. Thanks again Jose, pleasure speaking to you and thank you for all your help.”
