“Exceptional quality. This was brought for my daughter and I will be buying a rug from here for my living room. It’s super soft and although it did take a while to arrive, this was advised of up front. Which is fine when you know, you have that choice. It was shipped from abroad to the UK, but I had regular emails every day or two so there was no need to even purposely remember to check. All in all the service was great and the products honestly not be of better quality. It’s stunning craftsmanship and beautifully soft.”
