“I was sent the wrong rug instead of yellow I was sent the rose colour, there’s no contact number I made a complaint from an email I managed to find on the website, they wanted to give 50% compensation for faulty when I did even mention any fault. Then looked into sending it back and it was such a long process (if ordering from uk please bear in mind sending back is a process of forms and £20 sending fee) Also when I made a complaint they didn’t even mention I wouldn’t have to pay for return when the wrong was on their side. Gave the rug to my mum in the end. Wont be buying from here again.”
