“This rug is awful. It is so thin and nod ar all what I expected. I imagined it would be delivered rolled up but was folded. I bought a very large rug 15ft x 8ft that was folded in a box way too big, possibly to make sending back an issue. When I did eventually manage to get onto the refund site, it said my order was too old to refund, despite being within the 60 days. The rug cost £200 a down I'm stuck with it. Awful quality. Cheap and flimsy. Complete wast of money. I do not recommend this company”
