“After a very prolonged wait, I received completely the wrong rug. After going back and forward with the support team they offered me a free refund. I stated that the item was really heavy and it needed picked up. They came back saying it only weighed eight kgs, this is weight of rug I wanted but did not receive and can not get. I have now gone back to the team again to state that I have received a rug that weighs at least thirty kgs and is completely wrong. .. it’s now radio silence .. I feel like I am being pranked at this point . I have no rug, no refund and a massive rug to return with poor communication. I will keep updating this review but at the moment I am completely despairing over the service , I have never been treated so poorly by a company sadly”
