“Trying to return this rug. Got sent a return label and told to take it to post office. Took it to four post offices, including the depot - they all said the brand needs to arrange collection and wouldn’t accept it - it’s too big and the type of parcel force label they sent won’t be accepted at post offices. I’ve emailed Benuta numerous times with no reply. There is no phone number to call. I’ve messaged on Instagram and got an auto reply saying it’s not monitored. Pls be cautious with this company !!!! I’m still trying to speak to someone there to help me. The customer service is awful. And the rug does not look like it goes in images online.”
